How to leave a Google Review

Over 90% of us check social media before making a purchase - we’re looking for social proof from our friends to convince us to click Buy.

Key to your social media strategy should be encouraging your customers or clients to leave Facebook reviews. This becomes even more important when you delve into Facebook advertising - more on this in a future post.

But in the mean time - let’s talk Google Reviews…

Lots of clients say to me ‘we’re receiving loads of great Google Reviews but we don’t know how to encourage even more … or even how to do one?!’

So here’s a handy How To you can print and display at point of sale / on your blog / post on your Facebook page for your business!

1. Log in to Google

2. Go to Google search bar and type in the name of the business e.g. Mrs Social

3. You will see the company page (here’s mine as an example)

4. Click on ‘Reviews’

5. On this page there is a ‘write a Review’ buttonclicking this will you give you the chance to give a star rating and a review - again here’s mine as an example
